Making a Chest of Drawers for a School Project (ongoing project)

for year 9 HPQ qualification

Some schools use the HPQ as part of their gifted and talented programme at GCSE level to push more able students beyond their mainstream subjects. This involves creating an 'artefact' along with all the neccessary documentation to go with it. The project should take around 60 hours. My daughter Macey was invited to do this and she chose to work with her dear OLD Dad and make a chest of drawers in the garage. I don't think she realised how cold it was in there beforehand though or she would have made a cake instead!
